The Women's Ministry seeks to teach, encourage and provide opportunities for women to fellowship with one another. As with all ministries at Calvary Chapel Oak Harbor, we desire to come together to serve, grow and inspire each other in our relationship with the Lord.
It is our aim to draw closer to the Lord by participating in studying the Bible, praying and gathering for fellowship. We desire to grow in our knowledge of the Lord and with one another. We seek to reach out to those outside the Body of Christ by being vessels that God can use to draw others to the Kingdom of God. As we minister to one another we will recognize our calling and our commitment to our individual God given roles in life.
As we study the Word of God together, we experience the transforming work of the Holy Spirit... "For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure." Philippians 2:13.
We, as women, have many opportunities to serve and glorify God through every day life in our home, our church, the workplace and in the world around us.
